CLIENT RESULTS
Different starting points. Different goals. The common thread is building something that lasts.

DANNY
19KG LOST + MARATHON BOUND
Danny lost 19kg and completely changed his fitness while navigating major changes in life, including becoming a dad. Rather than fitness disappearing when life became busier, he learned how to adapt his training around it. He is now preparing to run the Melbourne Marathon.

ANDY
11KG LOST + UTA 50 FINISHER
Andy lost 11kg while developing into a much stronger and more capable runner. He progressed to a sub-30 minute 5K before moving into trail and endurance running and completing UTA 50. His journey evolved from body-composition goals into genuine endurance performance.

THOMAS
10KG LOST + STRONGER, FASTER, MORE CONFIDENT
Thomas lost 10kg, became leaner and made significant improvements in his running performance and confidence. What started as improving general fitness progressed into consistent endurance training and bigger performance goals. He is now preparing for Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko 100K.

HANNAH
LEANER, STRONGER + MORE ENDURANCE
Hannah leaned out while building both strength and endurance. Her running progressed to a sub-30 minute 5K and an unofficial 2:16 half marathon while her confidence and consistency continued to improve. The result was not just running faster — it was becoming stronger and more capable overall.

DAVID
9KG LOST + SUB-60 10K
David started with weight loss as a major goal, but the bigger win was changing the way he approached fitness. After running 1:00:20 at the Gold Coast and falling just 20 seconds short of sub-60, he came back two months later and ran 59:03. Along the way he lost 9kg, progressed to a sub-30 minute 5K and built a much more consistent approach to training.
YOUR TURN
You don’t need to start where any of these people started, and your goal doesn’t need to look like theirs. We’ll figure out where you are now, where you want to go and build something around your life.

RESULTS DON’T ALL LOOK THE SAME.
For one person, progress might mean losing weight. For someone else, it might mean running their first 5K, getting stronger, breaking a PB, completing their first marathon, preparing for an ultra or simply becoming consistent for the first time. The goal is not to create the same result for everyone. It is to understand where you’re starting, where you want to go and build something that fits your life.
